At Blue Ghost Consulting LLC, we offer hourly rates, monthly retainers and flat rates, depending on the services and needs requested. For permit services coupled with a real estate closing, a flat rate held in escrow is appropriate. For an emergency service, hourly is our offer. For ongoing consulting, we can discuss a monthly retainer.
